Commissioner David Butler called the meeting to order at 8:51 p.m. The Pledge to the flag was led earlier in the evening by David Butler.

Also present: Administrative Assistant, Tavis Austin; Attorney, Lynn Green; Hartwick Conservation Committee Chair, Martha Clarvoe; and members of the community.
Old Business:
- Commissioners discussed the May 31 deadline for Water District Property Consolidations or acknowledgement of requirement to pay debt service. There are currently 8 property owner decisions pending.
- Gloria Waro expressed the desire to consolidate her property located in the Water District on the Town level.
- Tavis Austin explained the Town of Hartwick Water District Mapping currently available through the County versus the legal description of the Water District filed with the County Clerk in 1960. According to the 1960 mapping, Tedesco and Federer are not located in the Water District. The Commissioners agreed the properties are not to be included in the Water District.
Approval of Minutes:
MOTION: Commissioner Hotaling moved to approve Water Commissioners' Work Session Minutes of March 19, 2012. Commissioner Briggs Jones seconded, and the motion passed with the following votes: Commissioner Butler "aye", Commissioner Briggs Jones "aye", Commissioner Field "aye", Commissioner Hotaling "aye", and Commissioner Sharratt "aye".
MOTION: Commissioner Hotaling moved to approve Water Commissioner's Meeting Minutes of March 26, 2012. Commissioner Field seconded, and the motion passed with the following votes: Commissioner Butler "aye", Commissioner Briggs Jones "abstain", Commissioner Field "aye", Commissioner Hotaling "aye", and Commissioner Sharratt "aye".
