Town of Hartwick Planning Board
Call to order 7 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance
Attendance:
Board Members: G. Horth; A. Thomas; Glenn Schilling; M. Kennedy; V. Rozella (absent)
Alternate PB Member(s): A. Schlesier (absent)
Public: T. Austin present as staff to the Planning Board, Frank Novak, Wayne Benjamin, and Tom Craig
Minutes of Last Meeting:
A. Thomas made a motion to approve the December 04, 2012 minutes as presented. G. Horth seconded. Vote: (4, 0, 0); Motion carried.
Public Comment:
No public comments were made.
Regular Meeting:
•1. Leatherstocking Insurance (W. Benjamin, T. Craig, representing). Site Plan Review Determination.
The Board reviewed the application materials as submitted. A. Thomas motioned to determine that Site Plan Review was not required as there would be no increase in customers or employees with the proposed addition and that the neighbors had already consented to the proposed addition. The motion was seconded by G. Horth and the vote had the following result (4, 0, 0); motion carried.
•2. Dog Wild (Frank Novak of McManus Engineering, representing). Site Plan Review Determination. Property owner has signed the Site Plan Review application.
The Board reviewed the application as submitted. G. Horth motioned to to determine that Site Plan Review was not required as the development was not out of character for the surrounding development, the proposed driveway had already been approved by NYS DOT, the project was a Type II Action under SEQR and therefore warranting no further SEQR review, and the project was not atypical for a residential development. The motion was seconded by A. Thomas and the vote had the following result (4, 0, 0); motion carried.

A. Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by G. Horth, and the vote had the following result (4,0,0); the meeting adjourned at 7:25 PM.
