Minutes
of Last Meeting:
V. Rozella made a motion to approve the September
03, 2013 minutes as presented. A. Thomas
seconded. Vote: (4, 0, 0); Motion carried.
Public Comment: None.
Regular Meeting:
1.
Dollar General (Primax Properties,
LLC/Diana Nicols, property owner)-new 9,100 sq ft retail at 4892 ST HWY 28
Board
discussed the submitted application materials that included both Site Plan and
Sign Permit applications. There was a
discussion of parking and site access as well as adjacent land uses. T. O'Brien
discussed site lighting and the NYSDEC permitting that was underway including
the applicable SWPPP. A. Thomas motioned
to determine the application complete, declare the Planning Board as Lead
Agency under SEQR for the submitted Unlisted Action, determine that no public
hearing would be required, and to direct T. Austin to make appropriate
referrals under General Municipal Law 239.
M. Kennedy seconded the motion and the vote had the following result, (4,
0, 0); Motion carried.
